All stock items will be dispatched within two working days wherever possible.
- Out of stock items will have to be ordered in and will, therefore, take longer to deliver. We will notify you by email or telephone if this is the case.
- Faulty items will be exchanged but it is your responsibility to return them to us. Replacements will only be dispatched upon receipt of the faulty item.
- Discrepancies with your delivery should be reported to us within two working days of receipt.
Always give a correct e-mail address when placing an order so that we can readily notify you of any problems and keep you in touch with your order progress. It is our policy only to send marketing information to those customers who request it; we will not abuse your e-mail privacy.

Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the
time of entering the information onto our database. The total cost of your
order is the price of products ordered plus delivery charges as stated upon
the website.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time.
We may refuse to process any transaction for any reason or refuse service to
you at our sole discretion.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into
contracts under English law you must:

address and payment information

- Possess
